Sunshine Global Circuits was founded in July 2001 and was publically listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in February 2018(300739.SZ).
The current registered capital is 279.3 million RMB.As of December 31, 2022, the total assets of the company are 3.0798648 billion yuan, and the staff team is more than 2,500 people (including subsidiaries).
History
Sunshine was founded in Shenzhen in July 2001 and was ISO-9001 approved. In 2004 Sunshine achieved TS-16949 Automotive Quality Management and ISO-14001 Environmental Management Sysem certifications. Total production capacity reaches 30,000㎡ per month.
In 2011, Sunshine established a sales subsidiary in Texas named Sunshine Circuits USA, LLC. Sunshine is ranked #58 in CPCA China's Top 100 List. In 2012, Sunshine established a sales subsidiary in Germany named Sunshine PCB GmbH. Sunshine achieved ISO-13485 Medical Quality Certification.
And in 2013, Sunshine acquired Rinde PCB in northwest Germany to provide prototypes and quick turn to the European market.
In 2014, production began in Jiujiang,China in a new 500,000 ft² facility owned and designed by Sunshine.
In 2018, Sunshine is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (300739.SZ).
In 2020, Sunshine Jiujiang factory is certified to ISO-45001 for occupational health and safety management, and is recognized as a "Green Factory".
In 2022, growth of RF microwave PCB and Heavy copper PCB production lines in Jiujiang Plant 2 (J2). Implementation of Automated PCB Line with intelligent manufacturing. Began construction of a new factory in Zhuhai.
In 2023, acquired of Vision Industries Sdn. Bhd., a PCB factory located in Penang Malaysia with capability for FR4 multilayers and RF microwave PCB. Sunshine is ranked #38 in CPCA China's Top 100 List.
Since establishment, Sunshine paid high attention to quality and R&D, and has passed management system qualification as ISO9001:2008、ISO/TS16949:2009、ISO14001:2004、ISO13485:2003、ISO14067、ISO45001 and Product Safety Certification as UL, CQC.

Sunshine Global Circuits specializes in helping our customers take complex designs from prototypes to volume production. Our Engineering and FAE Group provides material suggestions, stack-ups, impedance modeling, and DFM guidance.
