With long-standing R&D and manufacturing know-how in the PCB industry, Sunshine has built a collaborative production network across China and overseas. Its China-based manufacturing sites are located in Shenzhen, Jiujiang and Zhuhai, while overseas facilities are in Germany, Penang and Bertam, Malaysia. Backed by regional sales & support hubs, Sunshine provides fast prototyping, automated mass production and local on-site services, serving customers across Europe, the Americas and Southeast Asia.

Six core product lines took center stage at the show: high-speed PCBs, heavy-copper PCBs, rigid-flex PCBs, high-frequency PCBs, semiconductor test boards and optical module PCBs. The firm also introduced its innovative embedded-die PCB solution. Built on advanced processes including high-layer stack-up construction, HDI and Any-layer technology, these solutions serve key sectors covering AI data centers, telecommunications, industrial control, medical electronics, automotive electronics and semiconductors.

For optical communications, Sunshine operates a dedicated optical module PCB production line qualified for mass production of boards for 800G and 1.6T optical modules. Fitted with high-precision manufacturing equipment including LDI, VCP via-fill, CCD routing & drilling systems and class-rated cleanrooms, the line delivers consistent, superior performance for high-speed optical interconnects. Also featured were mature solutions targeting semiconductor test, AI data center and 6G communication markets: test carriers, probe cards, server motherboards and solid-state transformer (SST) backplanes. These designs meet stringent requirements for signal integrity, high-density routing and high-power handling.

Moving ahead, Sunshine will remain focused on high-end, multi-application PCB solutions. As new capacity expansions in Zhuhai and Malaysia come online in phases, the firm will strengthen its R&D and manufacturing capabilities. It will continue to deliver stable, reliable one-stop custom PCB solutions for global customers and collaborate with supply chain partners to foster industry-wide innovation.
