On 27^th of Jul,2018, CPCA held an commendation congress to praise the fourth excellent national brand enterprise and its Brand Building Summit in Qisheng Interpersonal Hotel, Shang Dong Province.

    National enterprise! National Foundation! Under the leadership of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, CPCA has been conducting the national brand enterprise evaluation for all electronic circuit industry enterprises in China since 2006, and has been in its fourth session so far. This conference is hosted by Deputy Secretary-General Fang Hong of CPCA.

    A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrialization reform are rising rapidly, the development of global information and information technology has become the focus of international industrial competition. Over the past 40 years since China's reform and opening-up, the electronic information industry is on the road of market-for-technology, introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation, which has rapidly expanded the scale of the industry, especially the process of internationalization, resulting in a rapid increase in the external dependence of the whole industry, with some key areas over 60%.

    However, our core technologies and products are seriously shortage, many aspects are constrained by others, the condition of industrial ecological chain and iteration foundation are even more fragile. ‘’Today, we have to consider it seriously that the international cooperation mode of market-for-technology is unsustainable. How will our path of international cooperation go in the future? How to speed up the transformation of new and old models and promoting the high-quality development of China's economy?"

    Finally, Secretary-General Gao praised that CPCA for its actively promoting national brand to implementing the spirit of manufacturing for nation and network for nation. CPCA will give full support to promote national brand building and core technology control throughout the industry, and actively promoting the development of China's electronic and electronic information industry to a high quality level.

    He said that today's conference is a periodic review and summary of the electronic circuit industry. China's electronic circuit industry has witnessed the development of the whole industry from the state of hard to catch up with to following then competing each other at the same stage.

Brand needs quality - quality represents the bottom line. The bad phenomenon of produce shoddy products as the good one has been mostly solved in our industry. Since last year, environmental supervision has brought some impact to enterprises, on the one hand, it needs enterprises to communicate with local governments through industry associations, on the other hand, as enterprises themselves, they also need to keep the bottom line of environmental protection. Director-General You also analyzed that: since Jan 2018, the PCB industry has faced many uncertainty, according to the information collected by CPCA, half of the enterprises are in good market condition and the whole industry is stable, from which we can feel that large enterprises have more advantage than the smaller one.

    "Brand" stands for perseverance - China needs manufacturing industry. In the downstream of the real economy, the flow of talent made manufacturing industry more difficult. Director-General Yu said to the audience, "You deserve the praise till today. China needs manufacturing  industry!"

    Finally, He stressed that some enterprises is stronger, some are bigger, each enterprise needs to be more individualized and stand out, and strive for the brand building of China's electronic circuit industry in the world. He hoped that all national enterprises can cherish their own reputation and transform it into brand promotion in the long run.
