First Supplier Summit of Sunshine Global Circuits in 2023

On Feb., 24^th, 2023, the first supplier summit was held online and onsite. Chairman of the Board, Mark Zhang, together with SGC management team treated over 200 suppliers worldwide, looked back to the fruitful achievements of 2022 and looked for new opportunities in 2023.

Among hearty rounds of applause, the Chairman of the Board, Mark Zhang, made an opening speech. He looked back to the development history from his stepping into PCB industry with SGC founded to going through a few profound management reforms. Since 2020 when Sunshine initiated management reform, the management team has become younger, more international and proficient. Mark also stated that he would like to take this meeting as an opportunity to show our suppliers the mission and the future strategy of SGC, increase the understanding between SGC and all our partners, taking advantage of each other to bring the main competitiveness forward, striving to become the leader of green PCB manufacturer.

EMT president, Poetry Hu, gave the speech about the operation and production line plan, global presence history and the development strategy of SGC in the future. He said that SGC would put the focus on high technology products, keep strengthening the basic research and development on high value products, enhancing the product and technology competition, increasing the high end PCB sales proportion in PCB market. Meanwhile, President Hu expressed the warm gratitude for the strong support of our suppliers and the sincere wish that we would establish bilateral cooperation, walk forward hand by hand, moving to a higher ground.

       Quality acts like the life of a company. The Deputy Director of Quality, Jack Deng, gave a speech about the quality management system. He started from the mission and vision of SGC to the requirement for the quality of our suppliers. He stated that the quality is the basis to create value for our users. Customer satisfaction is what SGC always seeks for. Suppler partners are the strong support for the success of SGC. Let’s hold each other hand by hand to explore through the big world.

The Director of Purchasing, Zhijiang Su, gave an introduction to the annual supplier performance appraisal and procurement management. He started the speech from four parts including 2022 supplier performance appraisal summary, division and cooperation of the purchasing organization, purchasing management team and SGC digital purchasing. He stated that with the digital management tool, SGC purchasing would be transformed to strategic functional department from traditional executing department, gradually being transformed to process, platform, strategy and smart purchasing. In the meantime, Mr. Su also made a sincere promise to our suppliers that SGC would respond proactively and do as agreed.

SGC has been advocating highly efficient cooperation with suppliers since its foundation. SGC would like to work with suppliers shoulder by shoulder and share industrial information, bringing more and more suppliers to deep participation in keeping improving the supplier chain, pushing bilateral cooperation relationship to go further. At this summit, SGC awarded excellent suppliers for their great contribution to SGC’s success.

SGC, with the principle of differentiation, internationalization and technology-driven by innovation, has been growing rapidly in PCB industry. Last year was an extraordinary year. Facing the severe combined impact of a coronavirus epidemic and a deep global economic recession and the slowing development of PCB industry, complicated and changing international situation, SGC still achieved major strategic success and growth. This summit is not only a window for deeper communication and cooperation between SGC and supplier chain, but also a strategic plan for future cooperation. Standing at a new development stage, in face of new competition, SGC must work together with the supplier partners, with minimum resource consumption, to provide high-tech and high reliability PCB and best service for the continuous development of the electronic industry.
