Sunshine Global Circuits (“Sunshine”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vision Industries Sdn. Bhd (“Vision”) located in Penang, Malaysia. This acquisition is an important step in expanding Sunshine’s manufacturing capabilities into Southeast Asia and will enhance Sunshine’s product offerings in microwave and radio frequency circuit boards. The combination further establishes Sunshine as a premier international printed circuit board (“PCB”) manufacturer after the establishment of the affiliate Sunshine Circuits USA, in 2011 and the acquisition of Sunshine PCB GmbH (Germany) in 2013.
