Recently, Sunshine Global Circuit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SGC") and Guilin University of Electronic Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Guilin University") have jointly held a school-enterprise contract negotiation meeting to discuss cooperation in talent cultivation, industry-academia-research collaboration, and strategic synergy. Mr. Zhao, the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration of SGC, and leaders from Guilin University jointly participated in this negotiation meeting. 

At the negotiation meeting, Mr. Zhao detailed the company's development history, product structure, company benefits, and talent development system. SGC's product line is rich and diverse, covering multiple niche markets in the field of circuit technology, demonstrating strong technical R&D capabilities and market competitiveness. The company not only provides employees with generous compensation and benefits but also builds a comprehensive personal growth platform, especially establishing clear promotion channels for middle and senior management, core technical positions, ensuring rapid talent growth. Mr. Zhao stated that SGC has a clear and urgent need for talent from Malaysia, and urgently needs to solve recruitment challenges through school-enterprise cooperation, and jointly design detailed talent training programs.

Leaders from Guilin University of Electronic Technology have highly praised SGC's talent development concept and expressed eagerness to broaden cooperation. They detailed the university's strengths in talent cultivation and proposed a joint ASEAN talent training initiative with SGC, aiming to produce globally-minded and practical professionals. Guilin University's plan includes establishing the China-ASEAN Applied College in Nanning, integrating academic education with corporate projects, and collaborating with Malaysian institutions. SGC is invited to contribute research topics aligned with national education standards and corporate needs, offering students both project guidance and funding. The university has proposed various cooperation models for Malaysian talent development, such as "3+2" and "3+1" programs, and a dual degree exchange initiative. SGC staff may also participate in study internships at the Applied College to enhance their skills. Guilin University highlighted the importance of corporate support, particularly full scholarships, for the ASEAN College's success and called for SGC's active involvement to promptly meet recruitment needs and initiate a fruitful school-enterprise partnership. 

The contract negotiation meeting with Guilin University has laid a strong foundation for deepening collaboration and nurturing exceptional talents. We anticipate that through the joint efforts of SGC and Guilin University, more students will emerge as industry leaders and innovators.
