On July 23, 2024, Sunshine Global Circuit's 2024 "Bronze Plan" training program successfully concluded.

The "Bronze Plan" this year recruited nearly 30 participants, covering a wide range of professional fields from circuit design to marketing. Over the weekend, the participants of the "Bronze Plan," led by their supervisors, embarked on an outdoor team-building activity at Phoenix Mountain. Standing at 376 meters above sea level, Phoenix Mountain is one of Shenzhen's popular hiking destinations. Despite the scorching weather, the participants maintained high spirits and strong motivation, successfully reaching the summit—Wangyan Pavilion. During the climb, some participants experienced leg injuries due to exhaustion, but everyone demonstrated valuable team spirit and selfless dedication, supporting and assisting each other to ensure that every member safely reached the summit.
