From June 4 to 6, 2025, the 54th Tokyo International Electronics Circuit Industry Exhibition – JPCA Show 2025 was grandly held at Tokyo Big Sight. The exhibition focused on cutting-edge technologies and solutions covering the entire industrial chain, including printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing, high-density interconnect (HDI) technology, flexible printed circuits (FPC), substrates (SUB), and surface mount technology (SMT).
Targeting the Japanese market, Sunshine presented its latest PCB solutions and corresponding process capabilities for five specialized industries: AI data centers, data communications, automotive, industrial control & robotics, and semiconductor testing.
Sunshine is capable of meeting customers’ production demands for various PCB types – including high-speed PCBs, HDI, large-size ultra-thick multi-layer, heavy copper, rigid-flex and high-frequency PCBs – from prototyping to mass production, providing customers with one-stop PCB solutions.
Visitors at the exhibition showed great interest in Sunshine’s PCB solutions for AI data centers, especially the 7-Steps HDI AI accelerator and high-power module power supplies. This reflects that driven by the continuously strong market demand for computing power, various products are evolving toward high density (HDI) and high power density (heavy copper).

With JPCA Show 2025, Sunshine has taken a further step in expanding its international market. By engaging with and collecting demands from Japanese customers, Sunshine continuously transforms these demands into its own product capabilities to better serve global clients.
Looking ahead, Sunshine will continue to keep pace with the latest PCB product requirements in various specialized industries, translate customer needs into its own technological advantages, and continuously create value for customers. Through constant technological innovation and product upgrading, Sunshine is committed to providing more efficient and reliable PCB solutions for customers in the AI era, supporting the sustainable development of the electronics industry.
